注意，这个默认的会 ignore env 相关的内容，这个自行判断要不要

我一般会手动添加一下内容

首先 ignore 的是 idea 和 vscode 的配置文件夹

如果你已经提交了 .idea 或者 .vscode ，那可以吃后悔药，比如: git rm --cached -r .idea

然后在 mac 上会出现 .DS_Store 也要 ignore

Pipfile.lock 是 pipenv 生成的，和当前 os 强绑定，没有必要提交

日志文件当然也不需要！
